Mouzelli pieces feature exclusive designs and are produced on demand. This means your order may take a little longer to arrive — but allows us to create distinctive products without unnecessary overproduction.

Processing & Fulfillment
Each Mouzelli order is prepared especially for you. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before being shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability and order volume.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered and the production partner handling your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times include production and shipping.

• Netherlands: 4–8 business days
• EU: 5–12 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, delivery destination, shipping method and production location. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Multiple Shipments
Some items may be produced and shipped from different locations. If your order contains multiple products, they may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination and the location from which your order is shipped. These charges are determined by local authorities and may vary by country.
