How long does delivery take?

  • Belgium & Germany: 4–8 business days after processing
  • Rest of Europe: 6–12 business days after processing
  • Outside Europe: 10–20 business days after processing

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email avec a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties et import taxes may apply for orders outside the European Union. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns avecin 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused et in its original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received et inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed avecin 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What materials are used in MOUZELLI products?

Our MagSafe coques de téléphone feature a built-in magnetic module for seamless use avec MagSafe® chargers et accessories. Please check the individual product page to confirm MagSafe compatibility.

How do I care for my MOUZELLI product?

Wipe clean avec a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals et abrasive cleaners. Allow to air dry naturally et store away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled avecin 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mouzelli.com.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us avecin 48 hours of delivery avec photos of the damaged item et your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
